The Lineva Guarantee
The Lineva Guarantee ensures that every item you purchase
at Lineva meets your high standards, or you can return it
for a replacement or refund.
If you're ever dissatisfied with a Lineva purchase, you may
return or exchange the item at a Lineva store or by mail
(please see below).
Plus, we not only guarantee the products we sell, we also
guarantee that every transaction you make on Lineva's site
will be secure.
Return Policy
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at
Lineva meets your high standards or you can return it for
a replacement or refund.
Our stock changes quickly and many of our items are of limited
quantities or one-of-a-kind so we may not be able to replace
returned items. If this is the case, we will credit your
bankcard for the purchase amount.
You can return your Lineva purchases at any Lineva store
or by mail.
Exceptions: Unfortunately we normally will not be able
to honor returns and refunds for specially ordered or commissioned
items. Please contact us as such returns are dealt with
on a case by case basis.
Returns by Mail
Fill out the back of your invoice and include it with your
return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your
order number.
Specify whether you want a return or exchange.
For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want
by providing the item number located above the photo on the
item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices,
if applicable.
Tracking Returns or Exchanges
It takes approximately two weeks for an exchange to be
completed. To check the status of your return or exchange,
use this e-mail
form and include the following information:
Order number
Item name or item number
Billing name and address
